At HBP we have a team of trained and Avaya Qualified engineers who are able to project manage and install both digital and VOIP telephone systems. Whether you system is large or small, our team will provide a high level of service and care which will ensure that your system is up and running and operating in the way in which you planned.

Our ongoing training programme with Avaya ensures that our engineers are kept up to date with all standard, and advanced, procedures as well as allowing them to work closely with Avaya on more complicated systems. Our engineers all have a high level of knowledge of computer networking which they are able to use during the installation procedure and its integration with your existing system. Indeed, as a company we are a Microsoft Gold Partner and all of our engineers are trained to Microsoft recognised standards.

Once your system is installed you will be supported by our after care team who will not only conduct an after-installation visit to ensure that your system is meeting your expectations, but will also stay in regular contact for the duration of your contract with HBP. If you are in need or help or support our in-house team of engineers are only a phone call away, and they will be able to assist you with any query you may have or, if necessary, will be able to organise for one of our on-the-road engineers to visit you on-site.
